Senior DevOps Engineer

Serve as key expert on AWS Cloud native Development practices.

· Experience owning infrastructure in production, as well as designing and creating build/deploy & monitoring systems.

· Develop Spring Boot and/or Python or Node Application

· Be the Technical Lead for a Scrum Team to deliver Features and Functionality for the Commerce Hub Platform

· Engage with cross-functional co-located teams in design, development and implementation of enterprise scalable features related to enabling higher developer productivity, environment monitoring and self-healing, and facilitate autonomous delivery teams.

· Develop developer Efficiency Tools (Focusing on Freeing up Development staff to focus on deliverables)

· Mentor junior members in the team

· Work collaboratively across team boundaries to share common capabilities.

· Ensure delivered solutions are optimized for ease-of-use, reusability, and scalability.

· Demonstrate expertise with architecting, managing, deploying and operating production infrastructure within a Cloud like Environment using AWS ECS and Pivotal Cloud Foundry

What you will need to have:

· 6+ years track record of relevant work experience

· Should have hands on and good understanding on Cloud Infrastructure as Code and Cloud Native Application Development.

· Experience with Cloud Development Kit and or CloudFormation or Terraform

· Experience with AWS ECS and other container management solutions

· Hands on experience in at least one of the programming languages such as Python, Golang and Java etc.

· Deploying applications in AWS ECS or equivalent

· Implementing automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python) to manage AWS services

· Should have working experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk and/or any other monitoring tools/processes.

· Experience working in Agile environments.

Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training or work experience.

What would be great to have:

· Payment Industry Experience

· Cloud certifications from AWS is a plus.

· Experience with Apigee API Management Platform
