Drive operational excellence through automation and engineering processes in an onsite role in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to execute across the full application deployment cycle.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing on Linux and Windows operating systems to resolve code and deployment errors.
• Integrate security practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Develop clear, concise documentation for automation and infrastructure processes.
• Collaborate with other engineers to present ideas and implement end-to-end solutions using configuration-as-code.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, software engineer, or architect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency with Docker, Git/GitHub, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Ability to write automation using Java, Ruby, Python, Perl, HTML, CMake, YAML, JSON, or JavaScript.
• Strong background in scripting languages and configuration-as-code best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching or creating Dojos.
