Description

You will lead infrastructure and operations management for the Scores Business Unit, covering analytics platforms, credit scoring systems, and decision management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Diagnose and remediate technical issues while optimizing performance and implementing security best practices.
• Manage technical support operations by triaging tickets, prioritizing impact, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions supporting strategic Scores initiatives.
• Ensure technical support and execution for high-visibility, business-critical projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting and maintaining Linux (Red-Hat) and Windows in hybrid environments.
• Proven ability to manage AWS infrastructure, including application servers, web servers, databases, and file transfers.
• Expertise in designing and building scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• Hands-on experience with AWS VPC networking, subnet creation, EC2 instances, and networking components.
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Understanding of DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS IAM, AWS IDC, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Experience supporting data center migrations from on-premise to cloud.
