Description

You will own enterprise-scale automation, containerized platform operations, and secure CI/CD pipeline integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python automation for enterprise service development and operational workflows.
• Operate software in containerized environments (Kubernetes or OpenShift/OCP) with a focus on stability.
• Integrate security checks and controls into CI/CD pipelines to enforce secure SDLC practices.
• Implement data security patterns including access control, encryption, tokenization, and secrets management.
• Collaborate with engineering and security stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python for automation and development.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift/OCP.
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals (least privilege, defense-in-depth) and compliance.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices: automated testing, release automation, and environment promotion.
• Familiarity with data security patterns and data platform concepts (governance, metadata).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source data tools (Ranger, Keycloak, Spark, Iceberg, DataHub).
• Familiarity with cloud storage (S3) and large-scale data processing.
• Experience supporting incident response and monitoring system health dashboards.
