Description

Manage complex multi-application environments within firewalled network architectures. Troubleshoot application-to-database interactions and triage technical issues alongside engineering staff. Collaborate daily with principal developers to support system stability and convey status updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex multi-application environments within firewalled network architectures.
  • Troubleshoot application to database interactions involving Oracle and MongoDB.
  • Respond to alarms and triage technical issues alongside engineering staff.
  • Collaborate daily with principal developers to support system stability.
  • Convey technical information and status updates to both leadership and technical audiences.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in IT.
  • Proficiency with PCF, Azure, and RedHat OpenShift frameworks.
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and one-click deployments using Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience supporting application migrations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB database troubleshooting.
  • Ability to navigate complex, firewalled environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
