Description

You will lead the planning, design, and engineering of application deployments across PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS models. You own the release pipeline, infrastructure design, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead application implementations, standardizations, and infrastructure designs.
• Automate deployments and resolve infrastructure issues with IT services teams and hosting providers.
• Liaise with Security and Development teams to implement new solutions and maintain compliance.
• Provide technical expertise during critical outage events and devise mitigation strategies for performance issues.
• Mentor team members and participate in an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of operations experience in 24x7x365 environments.
• 5+ years working closely with development teams on software and deployments.
• Experience administering and monitoring both Windows and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, or VMWare.
• Proficiency with PaaS and SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, systems, and security.
• Experience with hardware, integration, and communications technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Agile development methodology.
• Test Automation skills.
