Description

You will manage platform operations, application support, and the lifecycle of cloud infrastructure and hosted SAP products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle of cloud infrastructure and hosted SAP products.
• Develop scripts and automate deployment processes using CI/CD tools.
• Design and deploy key SaaS applications and associated management elements.
• Configure monitoring, security, and auditing tools for applications.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for application issues, batch jobs, data stores, and load balancing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting technical infrastructure in a corporate or business application operations environment.
• Working knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD tools, and Git.
• Experience troubleshooting system performance and providing fixes for service impact.
• Familiarity with Directory services implementation and management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure firewalling, load balancers, storage, monitoring, and IAM.
• Experience with cloud orchestration to operate a cloud solution.
• Strong analytical research and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Route 53, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, ACM, KMS, VPC.
• Experience delivering products on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
