Description

You will own the reliability, security, and automation of complex AWS environments. You resolve critical production incidents independently and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead P1 incident bridges, author RCA documentation, and implement fixes for security issues across multiple environments.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform, ensuring robust Continuous Integration and Deployment automation.
• Monitor system performance using Datadog and Splunk, addressing P2 and P3 incidents with minimal oversight.
• Mentor DevOps engineers, review deployment documentation, and provide feedback to application teams on integration issues.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, closing technical debt and visualizing technology roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AWS DevOps, cloud environments, and infrastructure automation.
• Expert knowledge of GitLab, GitLab Pipelines, and CI/CD automation tools.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code and managing relational database systems.
• Experience monitoring and debugging using Datadog and Splunk.
• Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, Docker, and containerization.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or NodeJS for application context and debugging.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to lead production deployments and resolve complex integration issues independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AEM Platform Operations or mobile/Connected TV application deployment lifecycles.
• Proven ability to define projects including scope, resource needs, and deliverables.
