Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK and TypeScript.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and sustain Istio service mesh within EKS clusters.
• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK and TypeScript.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure and application deployments.
• Configure monitoring, telemetry, and alerting using FluentBit, CloudWatch, and Dynatrace.
• Enforce security best practices and compliance controls across AWS environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of AWS CDK development using TypeScript.
• 8+ years of experience managing AWS services (EC2, EKS, ECR, Cognito, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudFront).
• 4+ years of experience designing and maintaining Istio service mesh within EKS.
• 6+ years of experience with Docker containers and microservices frameworks.
• 6+ years of experience using Helm charts.
• 6+ years of experience in TypeScript scripting.
• 8+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub.
• 8+ years of experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and SSL/TLS.
• 8+ years of experience with configuration management and orchestration tools.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in the public sector or on large-scale projects.
