Description

You will build and lead the DevOps team, driving technical decisions and mentoring engineers to foster continuous improvement. You own the integration of Azure DevOps pipelines for .NET workloads and ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing DevOps team, providing mentorship and coaching to junior members.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for .NET applications.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring robust integration practices and system reliability.
  • Resolve complex integration challenges and optimize deployment workflows.

Required Skills

  • 9+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Deep expertise with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and artifact management.
  • Strong background in .NET ecosystem integration and deployment.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative culture focused on learning and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
  • Background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
