You will build and lead the DevOps team, driving technical decisions for Azure DevOps pipelines and .NET workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the DevOps team, providing mentorship and coaching to junior members.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for .NET applications.
  • Resolve complex integration challenges and optimize deployment workflows.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring robust integration practices and system reliability.

Required Skills

  • 9+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Deep expertise with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and artifact management.
  • Strong background in .NET ecosystem integration and deployment.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative culture focused on learning and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
  • Background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
