Lead the DevOps team and oversee automated infrastructure and deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the DevOps team through direct guidance.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Design infrastructure and deployment strategies for high availability and scalability.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and automation across the organization.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and monitor system performance for optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in a senior DevOps role with management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
