Description

Manage Salesforce deployments and release management within a DevOps framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce environments and execute complex deployment pipelines for releases.
• Implement branching strategies, version control, and pipeline automation or orchestration.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs during design, development, and data migration phases.
• Support post-deployment activities including data loading, code comparison, and data backup.
• Work directly with clients to facilitate technical requirements and delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce deployments and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and AWS.
• Expertise with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Proven ability to implement complex Salesforce DevOps pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certification.
