Description

Manage Salesforce deployments and release orchestration within a DevOps framework. Own the end-to-end release pipeline, from design to post-deployment validation.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex Salesforce DevOps pipelines to manage regular releases and automate orchestration.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs on design, development, and data migration strategies.
• Manage Salesforce environments, execute branching strategies, and handle version control workflows.
• Own post-deployment activities including data loading, code comparison, and data backups.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce deployments and release management.
• Expertise with Git, BitBucket, and GitHub for version control.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for pipeline automation.
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce-specific DevOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of branching strategies and orchestration.
• Ability to manage data migration and environment configurations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
