Description

Manage Salesforce deployments and release management within a DevOps framework.

Manage Salesforce environments and execute complex deployment pipelines for releases. Implement branching strategies, version control, and pipeline automation or orchestration. Collaborate with developers and SMEs during design, development, and data migration phases. Support post-deployment activities including data loading, code comparison, and data backup. Work directly with clients to facilitate technical requirements and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce environments and execute complex deployment pipelines.
• Implement branching strategies, version control, and pipeline automation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce deployments and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and AWS.
• Expertise with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Proven ability to implement complex Salesforce DevOps pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certification.
