Description

You own the lifecycle and operations of our cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document new and existing standards, procedures, and automated workflows clearly and concisely.
• Champion infrastructure configuration and management best practices.
• Create internal products and manage their entire software development lifecycle.
• Deploy, configure, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Continuously improve infrastructure availability and observability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years managing Linux systems in virtual environments.
• 5+ years deploying and maintaining highly available infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
• 4+ years using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• 4+ years creating, deploying, and troubleshooting Docker images.
• 4+ years scoping, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• 3+ years developing and maintaining code in Go or Python.
• 5+ years experience with PaaS technologies (EKS and GKE preferred).
• Experience maintaining monitoring and observability tools (DataDog, Prometheus preferred).
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts (TCP/IP, routing protocols, OSI layers).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with load balancing and proxy technologies (Istio, Nginx, HAProxy).
• Experience with cloud-native debugging and troubleshooting.
