Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across AWS and on-prem environments using GitHub Actions. You will manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/on-prem), ensuring efficient deployment, scaling, and security. You will automate infrastructure provisioning using AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). You will integrate automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates into pipelines for safe releases. You will implement observability practices including logging, monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and CloudWatch.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions in hybrid environments.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/on-prem).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates into release pipelines.
• Implement observability and security practices, including secrets management and progressive delivery strategies.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with release strategies like canary, blue-green deployments, and automated rollback.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
