Description

You will manage release processes and CI/CD automation for Salesforce applications within an Azure environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Automate and improve Salesforce application release processes.
• Lead and enforce CI/CD best practices across development teams.
• Manage the change control process, production backups, and sandbox refreshes.
• Govern the release lifecycle, including version control, branching, and code merges.
• Package and deploy custom configuration and code.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, release management, or software development.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce development lifecycle models.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce development and release management.
• Ability to produce technical writing and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
