Description

Manage the release lifecycle and CI/CD automation for Salesforce applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Automate and improve Salesforce release processes using Copado.
• Enforce CI/CD best practices and release standards across development teams.
• Manage change control, production backups, and sandbox refreshes.
• Govern version control, branching strategies, and code merges.
• Package and deploy custom configuration and code to Salesforce environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, release management, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps for Salesforce.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle models.
• Experience with Salesforce development and release management.
• Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment principles.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical processes clearly in written and oral forms.
