Description

Lead the migration from self-hosted GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) to GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) for a global engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Execute migrations from source code management systems including GitHub, GitLab, Perforce, and ClearCase to GitHub SaaS.
• Design, build, and maintain GitHub services within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Automate and orchestrate workflows using the GitHub API for various integrations.
• Develop and manage GitHub Actions and runners to support CI/CD requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or GitHub Administration.
• Extensive experience with GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) and GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC).
• Proven track record of migrating large enterprises to GitHub SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration/delivery workflows.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions and runner management.
• Hands-on experience with automation via the GitHub API.
• Experience managing migrations from GitLab, Perforce, or ClearCase.
• Strong background in Cloud DevOps and SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
