Description

You will drive the transition to CI/CD operations models for mission-critical business systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated deployment engines using ServiceNow, Selenium, and Jenkins.
• Integrate vulnerability management into Jenkins build jobs and the ServiceNow ALM platform.
• Architect and develop automated monitoring, alerting, and integration solutions.
• Define best practices for development and deployment workflows.
• Support the DevOps Pilot Program regarding CI/CD integrations and align with ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or automation roles.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline construction.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow ALM.
• Experience using Selenium for automation.
• Knowledge of containerized system pipelines.
• Understanding of enterprise service management and ITIL processes.
• Ability to design automated monitoring and alerting systems.
