What you'll be doing:
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, and improve performance by addressing bottlenecks. Managing tools and enabling automations for redundant manual workflows via Gitlab, Jenkins, Terraform, etc
Improve monitoring and observability mechanisms in all aspects of content services
Optimise infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with software engineering teams to streamline deployment processes and reduce operational overhead
Participate in the on-call rotation and identify and resolve content-related service issues to ensure our systems operate flawlessly.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related infrastructure roles
Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
Solid understanding of Kubernetes, AWS and ELK stack
Administrator-level knowledge of both Linux and Windows systems
Proven Python programming skills, including debugging, performance analysis, and test design
Good social skills, effective verbal and written communication
Intermediate/upper-intermediate technical English.
Experience working in distributed international teams
Self-motivation, engagement, openness, integrity, ability to learn and develop
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with Java will be a big plus
Practical experience working with GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins
Background in software development with a strong understanding of application architecture and deployment patterns
Familiarity with security procedures and compliance requirements in cloud environments
