Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and improve SDLC tools, workflows, and processes to support efficient software delivery.
• Develop and configure CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and deployment automation.
• Drive automation across build, testing, release, and deployment processes using tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Manage GitHub Enterprise, including organization-level RBAC, teams, repositories, and repository automation.
• Design and maintain reusable GitHub Actions workflows, shared actions, and automation frameworks.
• Manage self-hosted GitHub Runners, preferably deployed on Kubernetes.
• Administer and automate JFrog Artifactory for artifact management.
• Establish and promote best practices for branching strategies, code quality, security scanning, and configuration management.
• Integrate code analysis, vulnerability scanning, artifact management, and release orchestration tools.
• Monitor SDLC tools and platforms, identify issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and execute changes and releases for SDLC tools with minimal disruption.
• Troubleshoot SDLC pipelines and tooling, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to ensure functional, compliance, and performance requirements are met.
• Drive improvements that simplify engineering processes and enhance developer productivity.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Automate processes, monitor system performance, and support high availability.
• Support configuration, requirements, release, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Maintain awareness of emerging DevOps and SDLC technologies and apply relevant innovations.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering, particularly in enterprise SDLC tooling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, including administration and organization-level RBAC.
• Strong experience with GitHub Actions, including workflow design, reusable actions, and security.
• Experience with self-hosted GitHub Runners, preferably on Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitHub Teams and repository automation.
• Strong experience with JFrog Artifactory administration and automation.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles, branching models, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience developing reusable workflow templates, shared actions, and automation frameworks.
• Experience optimizing large-scale enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including secret management, code scanning, and dependency scanning.
• Experience with Jira Software, including workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, permissions, notifications, and automation.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Good understanding of software lifecycle processes and continuous integration and delivery practices.

Good to Have

• Experience operating build-agent fleets at scale.
• Familiarity with incident management and SRE practices.
• Experience with Atlassian REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with Forge/Connect apps and marketplace add-ons such as ScriptRunner.
• Experience with provisioning and workflow automation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Relevant professional certifications in DevOps, Cloud, Kubernetes, or related technologies would be an advantage
