Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support and manage DevOps activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Support applications and services deployed on GCP and Kubernetes environments.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Analyze application logs, system metrics, and alerts to identify and resolve issues.
• Support Java-based applications and services in production environments.
• Work with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Lead and coordinate operational activities and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure application stability, availability, and performance.

Experience Required:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, or Operations Engineering.
• Strong experience with GCP and cloud-based application environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring and observability.
• Good knowledge of Java-based applications and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in L2/L3 application or production support.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Good understanding of SDLC and application deployment processes.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
