Description

You will own tooling and infrastructure for the Developer Productivity team to increase engineering efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tilt usage to ensure local Kubernetes development orchestration functions for all engineers.
• Support Vivaldi, the containerized development environment for Auth0 services using Docker.
• Maintain and implement the incident management ecosystem by configuring Incident.io workflows and building Tines automations.
• Develop and support a custom Slack bot to streamline engineering operations and internal communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience managing infrastructure using Terraform.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes orchestration tools (e.g., Tilt, Okteto).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, specifically AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
• Experience working with Data Warehouses like Snowflake.
• Expertise in at least one programming language: Golang, Node.js, or Typescript.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., Incident.io, Rootly).
