Description

You will build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services to ensure reliability and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) following agreed patterns.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and platform services.
• Operate production and non-production environments, ensuring availability and performance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using approved observability tooling.
• Support containerised workloads (Cloud Run, Kubernetes) and manage secrets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP or another hyperscaler.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience managing networking, IAM, and service accounts.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, Jenkins).
• Scripting proficiency in Bash and Python.
• Experience running containerised platforms (Docker, Cloud Run, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals and reliability practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with release management and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling).
• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments and change control processes.
