Description

You will own the Enterprise Developer Experience and SDLC platform, serving as the technical expert for tooling that supports software delivery across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and administer GitLab SCM, CI/CD, Runners, and Governance controls.
• Implement and optimize SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, and Mend SCA integrations.
• Develop reusable CI/CD templates, pipeline standards, and self-service capabilities.
• Drive adoption of GitLab Duo and AI-assisted development tools while ensuring compliance.
• Define source control standards, branching strategies, and software supply chain security practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Deep expertise in GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Duo, and Source Code Management.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and software supply chain security.
• Hands-on experience with SonarQube for code quality and static analysis.
• Proficiency in integrating CI/CD pipelines with artifact repositories and observability platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms and identity services integration.
• Background in coaching engineering teams on SDLC best practices and platform adoption.
