Description

Architect and maintain a next-generation internal developer platform focused on GitOps-based software deployment and production reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver internal developer platform capabilities enabling seamless GitOps workflows.
• Architect and maintain highly reliable production environments, toolchains, and infrastructure capacity.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines to optimize software delivery processes.
• Investigate and resolve stability, performance, and scalability bottlenecks in production systems.
• Implement industry-standard techniques to provide better feedback loops for developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering roles as a DevOps Platform Engineer.
• Expertise in container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and Packer.
• Expert experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TravisCI.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with system management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Salt, or Chef.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux system administration and networking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Packer for image building.
• Familiarity with multiple CI/CD platforms beyond the primary stack.
