Description

Own the design, build, and enhancement of enterprise CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement observability frameworks using SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce operational toil and improve system efficiency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across hybrid environments.
• Support incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and execute system recovery procedures.
• Lead capacity planning to ensure systems scale with business needs and improve disaster recovery resilience.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering within large enterprise environments.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in CI/CD, GitOps, and container platforms, specifically Kubernetes and Helm.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or ELK.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of cloud, on-prem, and hybrid architectures.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and enterprise infrastructure principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
