Description

You will own operational excellence and automation strategy for core infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain SLOs/SLIs, manage error budgets, and lead incident response and postmortem analyses.
• Architect and maintain scalable environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Design secure delivery pipelines implementing automated rollbacks, canary, and blue-green deployments.
• Build and manage full-stack telemetry pipelines, dashboards, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Develop shared automation modules and self-service tools to increase developer velocity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with production automation leadership.
• 3+ years managing high-availability production environments specifically in AWS (IAM, Networking, Compute).
• Deep proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker, and Linux systems administration.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and GitOps patterns.
• Strong scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
