Description

Lead DevSecOps initiatives within a Tier 3 SAP environment, optimizing pipelines and integrating security into Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize DevSecOps processes and tools for secure software delivery.
• Consult with development and operational leadership to define optimal pipeline architectures.
• Collaborate with Agile SMEs to embed DevSecOps practices into existing workflows.
• Provide guidance and training to Architects on pipeline leverage and security standards.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including post-production support and system documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience with subject matter expertise in functional areas.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirements to UAT.
• Experience implementing and supporting standard and custom SAP business solutions.
• Proven ability to lead design for interfaces, conversion programs, and reports.
• Active DoD clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of additional relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Navy ERP and DoD environments.
• 10+ years of SAP functional experience including post go-live production support.
