Description

You will own the DevSecOps engineering for Azure API Management, REST APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability across the lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Manage Azure API Management (APIM) configurations, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect security policies.
• Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, ARM, and Bicep.
• Integrate API security best practices into REST API and OpenAPI workflows.
• Monitor system health and performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Security Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Azure API Management (APIM) and API Gateway security.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI (Swagger), and JSON/XML transformations.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, specifically Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Application Insights for observability.
• Experience with cloud-native Azure architecture and SAP/ERP middleware integrations is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory.
• Background in SAP or ERP system integrations.
