Description

You will design and implement secure software delivery pipelines and DevSecOps capabilities across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure CI/CD workflows, integrating static analysis, dependency validation, secret detection, and container security.
• Lead the maturation of SSDLC practices, including threat modeling, secure coding standards, and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop scalable automation for infrastructure-as-code security validation and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex DevSecOps tooling issues and define engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews without direct management responsibility.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in DevSecOps.
• Deep understanding of SSDLC practices and modern application security principles.
• Strong experience designing secure CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
• Advanced scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code capabilities.
• Expert-level cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CASP, or CCSP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience partnering with platform engineering, cloud, and architecture teams to influence design decisions.
• Ability to communicate technical risks and security recommendations to stakeholders.
