Lead the migration of enterprise CI/CD pipelines from GitLab CI and Jenkins to GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU).
Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable Build & Deploy pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Configure and administer GitHub EMU environments, including user provisioning, identity management, repository governance, and organizational policies.
Develop reusable GitHub Actions workflows, composite actions, and deployment templates.
Implement DevSecOps best practices by integrating security scanning, compliance validation, secrets management, and automated testing throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.
Partner with development, infrastructure, platform engineering, and security teams to modernize software delivery processes.
Optimize deployment automation, release management, and developer productivity across enterprise engineering teams.
Evaluate and implement AI-assisted development capabilities (GitHub Copilot, AI-driven automation, LLM-powered workflow optimization, etc.) to improve CI/CD efficiency and accelerate software delivery.
Troubleshoot complex pipeline issues and continuously improve performance, reliability, and security.
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Hands-on experience administering GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU) in an enterprise environment.
Extensive experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Experience migrating CI/CD platforms from GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar technologies into GitHub Enterprise.
Strong understanding of enterprise GitHub governance, authentication, repository permissions, organizational policies, and security controls.
Experience implementing Build & Deploy automation at enterprise scale.
Experience integrating DevSecOps security tooling, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container scanning, and secret scanning.
Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and release management.
Experience implementing GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU) from initial deployment through enterprise adoption.
Experience with GitHub Advanced Security.
Experience utilizing GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software delivery.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
