Description

Lead the migration of enterprise CI/CD pipelines from GitLab CI and Jenkins to GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU). Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable Build & Deploy pipelines using GitHub Actions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and modernize enterprise CI/CD ecosystems from GitLab CI and Jenkins to GitHub Actions.
• Configure and administer GitHub EMU environments, including user provisioning, identity management, and repository governance.
• Develop reusable GitHub Actions workflows, composite actions, and deployment templates to improve developer productivity.
• Integrate DevSecOps best practices, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management throughout the pipeline.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted development capabilities, such as GitHub Copilot and LLM-powered workflow optimization.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience administering GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU) in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise GitHub governance, authentication, and security controls.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience migrating CI/CD platforms from GitLab CI or Jenkins into GitHub Enterprise.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of GitOps methodologies and GitHub Advanced Security.
