Description

You will own the secure automation of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain container-based microservices and serverless applications using AWS ECS, including hybrid on-premise environments.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate application, platform, and infrastructure deployment.
• Build and manage infrastructure-as-code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Conduct security scans using SAST and DAST tools, analyzing results to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Lead security posture enhancement initiatives and respond to security incidents across engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT, with 5-7 years focused on Security DevOps Engineering.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, specifically with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools: CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies: Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud architectural patterns and security principles.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including VPCs and security groups.
• Experience with monitoring and log analytics platforms like OpenSearch or CloudWatch.
• Python scripting proficiency.
