Own secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and platform engineering standards for enterprise software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security, quality, and architectural validation.
• Build immutable deployment pipelines following build-once, promote-through-environments best practices.
• Develop self-service capabilities and standardized engineering templates within internal developer portals.
• Implement Software Supply Chain Security including SBOM generation, dependency scanning, license compliance, and artifact governance.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote modern DevSecOps and secure software delivery practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of enterprise-level experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong software engineering and coding experience, including experience with legacy Java applications.
• Experience with JFrog or Artifactory for artifact repository management.
• Knowledge of internal developer platforms, such as Backstage.
• Understanding of immutable deployments and deployment automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Platform Engineering and Developer Experience (DevEx).
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering scorecards.
