Description

You will own the platform engineering lifecycle, focusing on secure and automated delivery across all environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and reliable deployments.
• Enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards across all development and production environments.
• Integrate security tooling directly into development workflows to shift security left.
• Automate QA processes for vulnerability detection, compliance checks, and evidence management.
• Establish and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) measures meeting defined RTO/RPO targets.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or related fields.
• Expertise in CI/CD orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, and security automation.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 Type II compliance and audit preparation.
• Proficiency with vulnerability scanning tools and adherence to OWASP standards.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, multi-tenant architectures, and DR planning.
• Strong documentation and evidence management skills for regulatory audits.
• Proficiency with Python and Bash for scripting and automation tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CISSP or AWS certifications.
