Description

Lead the development and integration of conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX. You will design complex conversational flows and integrate them with the Google CCAI Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex conversational flows using Google Dialogflow CX.
• Integrate Dialogflow agents with the Google CCAI Platform.
• Configure schedules, queues, and backend application integrations.
• Design and implement contact center IVR components.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Chatbot Development.
• Deep expertise in Google Dialogflow CX.
• Experience with Google CCAI Platform integration.
• Proficiency in Java or C#.
• Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Experience with Dialog Programs and Chatbots.
• Ability to work on EST time zone.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Contact Center IVR development.
• Experience with Customer Experience (CX) workflows.
