Lead the development and integration of conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational flows using Google Dialogflow CX.
• Integrate Dialogflow with the Google CCAI platform, including agent, schedule, and queue configurations.
• Connect Dialogflow with backend applications to enable functional chatbot capabilities.
• Build and maintain contact center IVR systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in chatbot development.
• Expertise in Google Dialogflow CX.
• Experience with Google CCAI platform integration.
• Experience with backend application integration for conversational interfaces.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Contact Center IVR development.
• Ability to work within the EST timezone.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Google CCAI agent and queue configuration.
