You will drive business performance by translating complex data into actionable strategies and reliable insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends and address business challenges.
• Design, develop, and automate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business health.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimental methods to optimize business strategies.
• Present analytical findings and detailed recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytics processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and analysis using Python.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for managing large datasets.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with financial services, including credit, marketing, or digital marketing.
