You will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of digital tracking and measurement capabilities across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy measurement plans using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or GA4, converting business requests into technical specifications.
Implement Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to ingest multi-channel data, model customer 360 views, and activate insights for marketing automation and CRM.
Develop marketing efficiency reports to optimize conversions and support A/B testing, UX, and paid media efforts.
Act as the primary interface for GDPR and data protection compliance regarding measurement and CDP implementations.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable recommendations to marketing and sales teams.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in digital web and mobile analytics.
Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics 4.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and campaign tagging.
Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Excel for data manipulation.
Technical knowledge of HTML and Javascript.
Experience with advertising solutions such as Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Facebook Ads, or TheTradeDesk.
Familiarity with analytics data quality tools like HubScan or Observepoint.
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and data touchpoints.
Competency with BigQuery, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
Preferred Skills
Experience implementing 3rd party CDP/DMP tools such as Adobe AEP, Tealium, or Treasure Data.
Knowledge of marketing cloud technologies including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Google BigQuery.
