Description

You will own the design, configuration, and deployment of digital tracking and measurement capabilities across web and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy measurement plans using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or GA4, converting business requests into technical specifications.
• Implement Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to ingest multi-channel data, model customer 360 views, and activate insights for marketing automation and CRM.
• Develop marketing efficiency reports to optimize conversions and support A/B testing, UX, and paid media efforts.
• Act as the primary interface for GDPR and data protection compliance regarding measurement and CDP implementations.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable recommendations to marketing and sales teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital web and mobile analytics.
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics 4.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Excel for data manipulation.
• Technical knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
• Competency with BigQuery, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and campaign tagging.
• Familiarity with analytics data quality tools like HubScan or Observepoint.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and data touchpoints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing 3rd party CDP/DMP tools such as Adobe AEP, Tealium, or Treasure Data.
• Knowledge of marketing cloud technologies including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Google BigQuery.
