You will lead digital storytelling and news gathering in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging digital stories by integrating video assets, photos, and social media elements.
• Execute news gathering and apply strong news judgment to drive coverage.
• Collaborate with editorial, technical, creative, and administrative teams to execute content strategies.
• Utilize content management systems and internet publishing workflows to distribute news.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously across various shifts and schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in online journalism or production writing.
• Strong writing and editing skills with strict adherence to AP style.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and web scripting.
• Experience with FTP, video editing tools, and encoding formats.
• Knowledge of live streaming and social media best practices for professional journalism.
• Ability to use internet search techniques and various digital content management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience with video editing and various encoding formats.
