You will own the guest journey across digital platforms, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into user stories, business requirements, and testable deliverables.
• Partner with design, development, and content teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.
• Lead technical product configuration and optimization of complex ticketing systems.
• Manage web and mobile content operations, updates, and CMS integrations.
• Define key metrics, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in digital product management.
• Expertise in consumer ticketing systems, architecture, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of mobile and web ecosystems, content workflows, and CMS platforms.
• Experience with Agile delivery and Jira.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android release cycles and hybrid applications.
• Proficiency in digital analytics.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Disney digital platforms or ecosystem.
• Background in entertainment tech, digital agencies, or eCommerce product environments.
