Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own non-CAD and CAD data migration solutioning for ongoing programs, handling multiple sources and targets.
• Design overall solution architecture for enterprise PLM data migration, including data model mapping and migration approach.
• Develop POVs for customer problems, create PoCs to validate solution fit, and support proposal development and defense.
• Create data migration frameworks using industry best practices, including reusable templates, tools, and components.
• Support pre-sales for solutioning and maintain an asset repository to continuously enhance migration accelerators.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in PLM data migration and solution architecture.
• Data migration solution architecture across PLM and non-PLM systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Windchill and Teamcenter, including data model understanding and vendor extraction/transformation/loading utilities.
• ETL knowledge and experience designing transformation/loading strategies for RDBMS and bespoke databases.
• Digital transformation mindset applied to building scalable migration frameworks and productivity improvements.

Good to Have:

• ENOVIA experience for PLM data migration solutioning.

Education: Relevant engineering degree (or equivalent experience).

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in PLM data migration and solution architecture
