Description

Lead globally-distributed research and engineering teams within the AI Center of Excellence to advance autonomous security capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver long and short-term research projects, including LLM-based detection frameworks, privacy-preserving feedback loops, and threat intelligence gathering.
• Provide technical leadership by establishing research and coding standards, system design principles, and best practices.
• Design research programs and systems that meet the requirements of diverse stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with the AI Platform team, product owners, and engineering teams to integrate new capabilities into the platform.
• Mentor junior colleagues and foster a culture of continuous learning regarding machine learning and security techniques.

Required Skills

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a quantitative science or engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience solving complex problems using modern AI/ML techniques.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams.
• Proven track record of turning AI/ML research into successful product capabilities.
• Experience in the training and tuning of large multi-modal models.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and full system development lifecycle experience.
• Expertise in AI/ML, Python, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience with Spark and Airflow.
• Strategic understanding of security applications for AI/ML technology.
