Lead globally-distributed research and engineering teams within the AI Center of Excellence to advance autonomous security capabilities.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver long and short-term research projects, including LLM-based detection frameworks, privacy-preserving feedback loops, and threat intelligence gathering.
Provide technical leadership by establishing research and coding standards, system design principles, and best practices.
Design research programs and systems that meet the requirements of diverse stakeholder groups.
Collaborate with the AI Platform team, product owners, and engineering teams to integrate new capabilities into the platform.
Mentor junior colleagues and foster a culture of continuous learning regarding machine learning and security techniques.
Required Skills
Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a quantitative science or engineering field.
10+ years of experience solving complex problems using modern AI/ML techniques.
5+ years of experience managing teams.
Proven track record of turning AI/ML research into successful product capabilities.
Experience in the training and tuning of large multi-modal models.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and full system development lifecycle experience.
Expertise in AI/ML, Python, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Experience with Spark and Airflow.
Strategic understanding of security applications for AI/ML technology.
