Description

Lead a globally distributed team of researchers and engineers to advance autonomous security capabilities within the AI Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver long and short-term research projects, including privacy-preserving feedback loops and LLM-based detection frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership by establishing research and coding standards, system design principles, and best practices.
• Design research programs and systems that satisfy requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
• Mentor junior colleagues and foster a culture of continuous learning regarding machine learning and security techniques.

Required Skills

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a quantitative science or engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience solving complex problems using modern AI/ML techniques.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams.
• Proven track record of turning AI/ML research into successful product capabilities.
• Experience with the training and tuning of large multi-modal models.
• Expertise in LLM and API-based LLMs.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design principles.
• Experience managing the full system development lifecycle, from research and design to deployment and operation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with the AI Platform team to integrate new capabilities into the platform.
