Description

Lead strategic healthcare client accounts managing $8-15MM in revenue. Own relationships with executive leaders and senior stakeholders while driving account growth through strategic planning and new business identification.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client relationships as a trusted advisor to executive leaders.
• Drive account growth by developing strategic plans and identifying new business opportunities.
• Oversee Statement of Work (SOW) and estimation for T&M and Fixed Price contracts.
• Partner with Program Delivery to ensure client satisfaction and maintain accurate revenue forecasts in Salesforce.
• Act as a financial steward by managing revenue, margins, and leveraged team models.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in client service, consumer experience, digital marketing, or account management.
• 7+ years of experience within the US Health industry (B2B health organizations, payers, or providers).
• 5+ years supporting businesses using digital marketing ecosystems including Adobe (AEM, ACS, Analytics, Target, RTCDP, AJO, CJA).
• Experience with ABM tools such as DemandBase.
• Proficiency with analytics and data platforms including Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, and PowerBI.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise programs and operate within matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience running programs using both fully designated and partially allocated team models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue and margin management and fiduciary accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Management Consulting experience.
• Experience with other platform ecosystems such as Drupal.
