Description

Lead technical execution and strategic direction for the Windows Platform engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical leadership across debugging, performance tuning, and systems integration for Windows-based products.
• Build, mentor, and manage a global team of managers, architects, and software engineers.
• Align technology roadmaps with business objectives in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Oversee multiple development projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Optimize development processes using Agile and DevOps methodologies to accelerate delivery and improve product quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience driving large-scale software development initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, APIs, and development frameworks.
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, and .NET.
• Experience with device driver development, including DirectX, DirectML, and WHQL Certification.
• Expertise in system architecture, security, performance tuning, and software maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and implement Agile or DevOps processes.
• Experience working with QA and Product Management teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Microsoft or wider AI ecosystem.
• Familiarity with open source software and ecosystems.
• Experience partnering with device manufacturers to deliver products to market.
